Historic North Shore Loft

Studio Borges was tasked with creating a functional and unique space for a client downsizing from a large home into a 1200-square-foot loft.

Using the client's family heirlooms and art as the foundation for the design, Studio Borges carefully curated an adventurous, worldly space that perfectly reflects our client's wondrous spirit.

Functional spaces were thoughtfully created in this open plan to maximize efficiency and ensure all our client's needs were met. This joyful space is perfectly framed by the unique architectural details in this historic mill building. Featured in the Winter 2022 Issue of Northshore Home Magazine.
